14-Day Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Please note the following conditions:
• Refunds only – we do not offer exchanges.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after the return is processed.
